About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CW Payroll Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our Payroll Operations team. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with robust US payroll tax compliance knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with tax corrections, wage adjustments, W-2C processing, garnishments, and payroll discrepancies.What You Will Do US Payroll Tax & Corrections: Process and validate wage adjustments, Wage Moves, W-2C corrections, and other payroll tax adjustments.Tax Compliance: Apply knowledge of FIT, Social Security, Medicare, and state/local payroll taxes, including tax rates, wage limits, and withholding requirements.Garnishments: Process and validate child support, tax levies, creditor garnishments, and other court-ordered deductions.Data & Quality: Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and compliance.Issue Resolution: Research complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.Offboarding & FNF:



Process offboarding transactions and Full & Final payments accurately and timely.Collaboration: Partner with Payroll, Service Delivery, Client Services, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, recommend preventive controls, and support process improvements.Team Support: Share knowledge, guide analysts, and support timely completion of team deliverables.Required QualificationsBachelors in any stream with 2 - 5 years of experience in Payroll Analytics.DEPTH Knowledge of U.S tax complianceStrong understanding of:Federal Income Tax (FIT)Social Security and MedicareUS state and local payroll taxesTaxable and non-taxable wagesWage bases and applicable tax limitsPayroll withholding requirementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently.Organizational skills include the ability to multi-t
