Position Summary:

The Renewables Operations Associate is responsible for executing high-volume renewable energy program administration activities across multiple mature, unchanging state programs. This role manages registry and state portal submissions, transfer requests, change-of-ownership transactions, case triage, customer and installer follow up, campaign execution, escheatment and payment-verification outreach, documentation review, customer service and other operational tasks. Application processing responsibilities are limited to established,



repeatable state programs; application work for new or evolving programs remains with Managed Solutions. The position requires solid attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage a significant volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Application Processing & Program Administration

Review and validate incoming applications for established, repeatable state programs, manage missing-information follow-up with clients, installers, and program administrators, and submit to state programs and the GATS tracking registry, and track approvals through completion. New or evolving program application work remains with Managed Solutions.
- Transfers In/Out

Execute transfers, monitor registry status, coordinate approvals, manage follow-up, and confirm payment/reporting readiness before completion.
