Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- • chieve Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed goals. Client Engagement:
- Conduct daily tele-calling or face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
- Visit Modern Trade Stores or Food Exhibitions weekly to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Collaboration and Review:
- Participate in weekly review meetings with the internal team to assess performance and strategize for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of one-year sales experience in any industry.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Qualification is not a primary requirement; however, English communication proficiency is essential.
