 Backlog Management: Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog at the
story level, ensuring it aligns with the PO's strategic priorities.
 Requirement Engineering: Gathering functional requirements and writing detailed
user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
 Requirement Clarification: Serving as the first point of contact for the
development team to explain complex user stories.
 Agile Facilitation: Assisting in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; often
leading daily stand-ups.
 Salesforce Administration: Performing basic tool administration and identifying
where native platform capabilities can fulfill needs with minimal custom code.
 Stakeholder Liaison: Reporting project status and risks to stakeholders while
escalating critical strategic decisions to the primary PO/BA
