Purpose
The position focuses on performance tracking,
cross-functional coordination, and structured follow-through to help teams
deliver against defined objectives. It combines analytics, project execution,
and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, project-driven setting
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Develop
and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards and management
reports.
- Analyse
business performance data and generate actionable insights for
leadership review.
- Coordinate
with functional teams to collect, validate, and consolidate performance
data.
2. Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Coordinate
the planning and execution of strategic projects and special initiatives
driven by the CEO Office.
- Track
project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across
functions.
- Ensure
timely follow-up on action items and closure of commitments.
- Maintain
project trackers, status reports, and governance mechanisms.
- Support
cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives and resolving
execution challenges.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Serve
as a coordination point between the CEO Office and internal departments.
- Facilitate
communication, collaboration, and information flow across stakeholders.
- Support
engagement meetings, reviews, and discussions with external partners and
senior leadership.
4. Executive Support & Coordination
- Assist
in preparing presentations, briefing notes, reports, and background
material for meetings.
- Coordinate
leadership reviews, strategic discussions, and governance meetings.
- Document
key decisions, action points, and follow-up items arising from reviews
and discussions.
- Ensure
timely communication and alignment between the CEO Office and various
business units.
