The Role & Your Impact
As an Associate Master Data Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Material Master Data while also supporting Vendor Master Data operations. This role combines operational execution, governance,



and problem-solving responsibilities to ensure reliable and compliant master data across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, extend, block, and inactivate material and vendor master records in SAP.
- Manage complex material master scenarios including raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, finished products, trading materials, and spare parts.
- Execute material lifecycle activities such as plant extensions, classification updates, BOM maintenance, bulk data updates, and material inactivation.
- Support supplier onboarding and supplier master maintenance, ensuring all required approvals, validations, and documentation are complete.
- Perform data-quality checks, resolve master data issues, investigate errors, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
