Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions such as Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.

The ideal candidate will have robust business process knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and operational requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for ERP-based improvements.
- Map business requirements to ERP functionalities and prepare appropriate solution designs.
- Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.




- Prepare functional requirement specifications and coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations.
- Work closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and validate delivered solutions.
- Conduct functional testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare test cases, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and product demonstrations for clients.
- Support data migration, system configuration, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with clients during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Identify and troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely resolution of functional issues.
- Participate in project meetings, status updates, and implementation reviews.
- Ensure ERP solutions are aligned with business processes
