We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager – GST & SAP to manage finance and taxation operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GST compliance, SAP-based finance processes, statutory reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls. The role requires someone who can independently manage complex finance operations while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end GST operations, including GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit, tax payments, and compliance requirements.
- Handle GST reconciliation between purchase registers, sales data, books of accounts, and GST portal records.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and other applicable GST-related returns.
- Monitor GST compliance across manufacturing transactions, including procurement, sales, stock transfers, job work, and inter-unit transactions.
- Handle GST audits, assessments, notices, and coordinate with tax consultants and statutory authorities.
- Manage finance and accounting processes through SAP, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Review financial data, journal entries, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Work closely with production, procurement, supply chain, sales, and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial and tax treatment of business transactions.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, tax reports, and management dashboards.
- Identify process gaps and implement effective internal controls to improve financial accuracy and compliance.
