the Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Administration Lead will provide senior leadership for the accurate, timely, compliant, and scalable administration of field incentive compensation programs. The role will lead delivery across internal and external teams in AIN and India, while managing relationships across a complex set of internal teams and functional groups.
This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end IC administration and operations, including cycle delivery, data and calculation controls, payment readiness, governance, platform operations, and continuous improvement. The role will serve as a trusted operational partner to Amgen’s U.S. Commercial organization.
