About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Aligned Finance Manager

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributor financial analysts on diverse low to moderate complexity business groups regarding matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
- Ensure productive and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
- Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning for a specific business unit, division, or product
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
- Make decisions and resolve issues on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to meet objectives
- Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards




- Lead implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers to manage risk and implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience

Job Expectation :

Corporate Properties Group, portfolio finance and FP&A;
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis and multiyear outlooks for assigned Corporate Properties Group portfolios and related platform activities, including operating expense, capital expenditure, depreciation and workplace costs.
- Analyze performance against budge
