The Direct Sourcing Leader – APAC is responsible for accelerating supplier performance and drive improvements in key areas for Cytiva from Quality, Cost, Delivery and Security perspective for a portfolio of suppliers.

What you will do:
· Develop, communicate and execute Sourcing strategies for a local portfolio of suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and delivery performance. Drive ongoing supplier optimization and continuous improvement.
· Participate in Recent Product Introduction projects as well as activities related to quality and fulfilment.
· Perform continuous monitoring and development of suppliers together with Supplier Delivery Leaders and Supplier Quality.
· Act as local escalation point for buyers in case of poor delivery performance from suppliers.
· Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers, and prepares and processe
