This role offers the chance to design, implement, and support SAP Field Service and Asset Management solutions for complex service and maintenance environments. You will work across the full lifecycle of SAP FSAM engagements, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, go-live, and ongoing application support. The position combines deep functional expertise with hands-on work across planning, dispatching, mobile field execution, asset management, and ERP integration. You will help organizations optimize technician scheduling, service execution, asset-centric processes, and billing-related workflows. Working closely with service teams, technical specialists, and integration stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable and effective SAP solutions. The role also provides exposure to AI-supported scheduling, SAP S/4HANA, mobile technologies, and modern integration approaches.





Accountabilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP FSAM implementations and rollouts, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Configure core SAP FSAM capabilities including the Planning & Dispatching Board, Service Map, Work Orders, Activities, and Time & Material Journal.
- Set up AI-supported and automated scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, and technician or resource planning.
- Configure service call and work-order lifecycles, skills and qualifications, service territories, and workforce or crowd management processes.
- Implement mobile field-service execution, including technician mobile applications, offline scenarios, checklists, Smartforms, and service or activity feedback.
