The Finance Controller will lead the Controllership, Compliance, and Governance agenda for DHR Holding Entities, driving financial integrity, solid controls, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong technical accounting foundation combined with a business partnering mindset to support growth and strategic decision-making.





Reporting to the Finance Director, Danaher India, this Bangalore-based role will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Ind AS, and statutory accounting requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, balance sheet governance, month-end close, and financial reporting processes.
- Lead statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure with minimal observations.
- Drive compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, transfer pricing requirements, and tax litigation support.
- Develop risk identification mechanisms and ensure timely closure of audit and compliance actions.
- Support ERP and process improvements to enhance controls, compliance, and efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders on growth initiatives, new entity setups, IDC support, and strategic projects.
- Drive shared service model setup, finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement init
