Job Title: Staff Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: The CTO organisation is responsible for building, running, and evolving the bank’s core technology platforms. It drives technology strategy, software engineering, cloud and infrastructure platforms, reliability, security, and modernisation to enable protected, scalable, and innovative digital experiences for customers and business units. The Storage and Data Protection team designs, engineers, and operates enterprise storage and backup platforms. The team ensures data availability, resilience, security,



and compliance across on‑premises and cloud environments by managing storage services, backup and recovery, data protection, migrations, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Impact & contribution:
You drive reliable, scalable automation and cloud platforms across hybrid environments, improving system stability and delivery speed. Through strong SRE, DevSecOps, and automation practices, you enhance platform resilience, operational efficiency, and secure delivery of business‑critical services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead automation, cloud, hybrid, and DevSecOps platforms ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise environments.
- Apply SRE and DevOps practices to improve availability, incident response, and operational excellence in hybrid infrastructures.
- Manage AWS and VMware platforms (vSphere, NSX, Aria) including compute, network, and hybrid integrations.
- Develop automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using script
