Scope of Work – Marketing & Brand Communications Executive
Role Overview
The Marketing & Brand Communications Executive is responsible for coordinating
SIHL's marketing activities, managing communication with the external marketing
agency, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency
across all marketing channels. The role also involves planning content requirements,
supporting internal branding initiatives, and managing client communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Coordination
 Coordinate with the external marketing agency for all marketing campaigns,
creatives, videos, and promotional material.
 Share content requirements, campaign briefs, timelines, and approvals with the
agency.
 Review deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance before
publishing.
 Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities and follow up on pending
deliverables.
2. Social Media Coordination
 Plan and maintain the monthly social media calendar.




 Coordinate with internal departments to collect information for upcoming posts and
campaigns.
 Share social media requirements with the agency and ensure timely scheduling and
publishing.
 Manage Instagram Stories related to office activities, employee engagement, cultural
events, festivals, achievements, and key company updates.
 Monitor social media platforms and coordinate required updates with the agency.
3. Marketing Communication
 Prepare content briefs and communication requirements for client campaigns.
 Draft marketing communication for client emailers, WhatsApp broadcasts, event
invitations, research meet announcements, company announcements, and investor
awareness initiatives.
 Ensure all communication aligns with SIHL's brand voice and regulatory guidelines.
4. Brand Management

 Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and communication across all marketing
material.
 Coordinate internal branding initiatives with relevant departments.

