- Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Screen CVs against defined job requirements and support initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with candidate documentation, reference checks, offer processes, and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS records, candidate databases, and hiring MIS accurately.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain relevant recruitment and joining documentation.
- Assist with campus hiring, recruitment drives, employer branding activities, and other TA initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate experience,



and stakeholder management while supporting the team on day-to-day hiring requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR, or a related area; freshers with relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and HR/ATS platforms is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to candidate interactions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers.
