We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 4–12 years of experience in project sales and interior products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interior, architecture, construction, and building-materials ecosystem, with proven expertise in developing business through project-based sales.
The role involves identifying current business opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, developers, and project stakeholders, and driving sales from lead generation through order closure. The candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete project sales cycle.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the project sales and interior products segment.
- Generate leads through market mapping, networking, references, industry contacts, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, developers, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, project specifications, timelines, budgets, and product expectations to recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end project sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product presentation, quotation, negotiation, follow-ups, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
