We are looking for Software Development Engineers at the SDE 2 level to join a growing product engineering team.
We are looking for engineers who have previously built, scaled, or significantly contributed to applications serving 100K+ users. You will work in a small, high-ownership team where engineers are expected to take ownership of problems, move quickly and build reliable, scalable products.
The team is technology agnostic and values strong engineering fundamentals over expertise in a specific language or framework.

Requirements
What You'll Own
Product & Software Development
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, reliable and high-performance applications.
- Build production-ready software with a focus on performance, reliability and user experience.
- Take ownership of features from design and development through deployment and production support.
- Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to build and deliver current features.




- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Architecture & Scalability
- Contribute to technical architecture and system design discussions.
- Build systems that can handle increasing users, traffic and data volumes.
- Identify and address performance, scalability and reliability issues.
- Work with APIs, databases and scalable application architecture.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability.

AI-Assisted Development
- Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar tools to improve development speed and productivity.
- Use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, documentation and problem-solving.
- Maintain code quality, security and engineering standards while using AI-assisted development.
