We are looking for a Lead Tax Analyst who will be responsible for direct tax activities for all group entities (in particular India and UK) including tax compliance, US GAAP and IFRS tax reporting, audits, correspondence with Tax Authorities, transfer pricing, withholding tax, repatriation and all other tax aspects as needed ensuring compliance based upon sound research, analysis and interpretation of tax laws and tax reporting guidance under IFRS and US GAAP. This person will have the opportunity to develop in a brand-new group to ensure long-term optimization of tax strategies in collaboration with the global tax group and business units.
This is a new role and has the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop it with their skill set.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- University Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in tax required
- Big 4 experience preferred with practical knowledge of preparing corporate tax returns
- Strong communication skills required
- Solid Word, Excel, PowerPoint, spreadsheet and computer knowledge,



experience of NetSuite would be helpful.
