-Explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations.
-Leads the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's.
-Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to maximize value.
-Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team through delivery of proven analytics based projects.

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, quality rules, and validation logic.




- Champion the Shift-Left Strategy by engaging source teams and market data owners early to embed governance and quality practices upstream, reducing rework and accelerating insights.

Operational Excellence
- Solid understanding of metadata & stewardship, DQ, MDM platforms
- Hands on with tools such as Collibra, Ataccama (DQ profiling & automation), or Reltio is a plus.
- Collaborate with data stewards and enterprise data owners to uphold metadata, lineage, and compliance standards.

Innovation & Automation
- Initiate and deliver automation projects to optimize data lifecycle processes and reduce manual overhead.
- Foster innovation to address operational gaps and improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, promoting data-driven decision-making and co-creation of data products that deliver commercial impact.
