The Global Payroll team plays a critical role in supporting Regeneron's worldwide workforce through accurate, compliant, and productive payroll operations. We are seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support payroll delivery across multiple countries, collaborate with global collaborators, and contribute to a positive employee experience while developing expertise in international payroll operations and shared services.

As a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst, you will:
- Support the preparation and processing of payroll for assigned international countries by collecting,



validating, and maintaining employee payroll data.
- Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and data reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
- Maintain payroll calendars, process documentation, and operational checklists to support timely payroll delivery.
- Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors to submit data, track deliverables, and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
- Support statutory compliance activities and assist in implementing payroll-related regulatory updates.
- Generate payroll reports and support month-end activities, analysis, and operational reporting requirements.
