Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Housekeeping (HOD) to lead and manage the overall housekeeping operations of a large-scale property. The ideal candidate must have a robust background in hospitality, particularly from IHM, and proven expertise managing 1.5 to 2.5 lakh sq. ft. properties or hotels with high operational standards. The role involves leading a large team, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the entire property (1.5 lakh – 2.5 lakh sq. ft.).

Manage cleaning schedules, room assignments, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
2. Team Management

Lead and supervise a large team of 90–100 housekeeping associates, including
