Description
You’ll join the Consumer & Community Banking - Data & Analytics team, a strategic partner to the Consumer & Community Banking organization using data and analytics to accelerate growth, improve campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Data & Analytics team.

As a Quantitative Analytics Manager within the Consumer & Community Banking - Data & Analytics organization, you will leverage your analytical expertise to guide strategic decisions, ongoing reporting, and deep-dive analyses that address emerging business challenges. You will drive the campaign management lifecycle, including targeting, sizing, business case development, modeling, list execution, reporting, ad-hoc deep dives, test design and analysis, financial assessments, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis. This role partners directly with business stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and track strategic lead and outreach initiatives,



leveraging advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and optimize business outcomes.

Job responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, clustering, machine learning, statistical forecasting, optimization, and simulation techniques.
- Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable business strategies and insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, assess data quality, recognize statistical anomalies, and connect data findings to business processes.
- Own program management, process development, and key stakeholder communications with limited oversight.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance analytics culture.
