Summary:
UST is looking for an experienced Technical Lead - SampleManager LIMS with strong expertise in SampleManager LIMS implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery teams, engage with clients to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery while adhering to quality standards and timelines.

The Chance:
As a Technical Lead - SampleManager LIMS, you will be responsible for leading SampleManager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects, working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust laboratory informatics solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:




- Lead technical teams in SampleManager LIMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement SampleManager LIMS solutions.
- Deliver solutions within agreed timelines while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and SOPs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
