Lead – Planning is responsible for preparation, monitoring and control of project schedules for assigned projects. The role ensures timely delivery through effective planning, progress tracking, coordination with execution teams and proactive risk mitigation.
Financial / Functional Perspective
? Support cost control through effective schedule management
? Minimize delays and cost overruns
? Improve cash flow through milestone planning
? Optimize resource utilization

? Ensure adherence to committed project timelines
? Provide accurate progress reports to management and clients
? Enhance stakeholder confidence through transparent planning
? Support client and statutory reviews
Internal Process Perspective
? Prepare baseline and detailed project schedules
? Track progress and analyze schedule variances
? Prepare recovery and mitigation plans
? Coordinate with construction, MEP and procurement teams
? Conduct weekly and monthly project reviews
? Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
? Maintain planning documentation and records

- Ability to understand andutilizeadvanced software in use across process/ project lifecycle to effectively carry out the functional responsibilities and improve usage and adoption of such tools (existing and recent) across teams, aiding with enhanced project planning and execution
- Ability to understand project/package requirements and create baseline project schedules using relevant tools (such as Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), and PERT charts, Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.) based on agreed milestones, historical data, constraints, resource productivity, and availability of resourcesin order toplan and track project tasks and milestones, and
