Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, custom applications, workflows, and platform architecture, along with experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise implementations and transformation initiatives.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture and solution designs.
- Define HLD/LLD, technical architecture, integration architecture, data models, workflows, and security architecture.
- Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders,



enterprise architects, developers, administrators, and implementation partners.
- Provide technical direction and governance across ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
- Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps and custom applications based on business requirements.
- Design and govern integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, web services and event-driven integrations.
- Define CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, Discovery, Service Mapping, data governance and CMDB health strategies.
- Establish ServiceNow development standards covering configuration vs customization, scripting, scoped applications, update sets, application repositories and deployment practices.
