Job Responsibilities:
• Remediation/MDD/MDR and Growth Projects like Market expansion, independently managing innovation projects, and ensuring alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
• Prepares and implements complex projects within agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, and staffing, managing a project team as part of a larger initiative to deliver key parts of a main end-to-end process.
• Executes improvement projects, resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods initiating change and driving improvements within the discipline, working under limited supervision.
• Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Develops a broad knowledge of project management methodologies, relevant organizational structures, and end-to-end processes, applying advanced planning methods and estimation techniques (resources, time, and risk)
