This is a senior technology role focused on enabling the secure, consistent, and efficient adoption of enterprise Identity and Access Management capabilities.
You will lead complex onboarding, integration, migration, configuration, readiness, and transition initiatives across a broad identity technology landscape.
The role spans workforce, application, machine, privileged, and partner identities, with exposure to authentication, federation, identity governance, directory services, PKI, and identity protection.
You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cyber Security, Support, Risk, Compliance, Product Management, and business teams to deliver secure and supportable solutions.
A key part of the role is translating enterprise standards, security policies, control requirements, and reusable patterns into practical implementations for technology consumers.




You will also contribute to automation, self-service capabilities, operational readiness, technical documentation, and continuous improvement across identity services.

- Lead sophisticated onboarding, integration, configuration, migration, adoption, readiness, and transition activities across enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Assess consumer requirements, technical dependencies, security considerations, control obligations, and lifecycle stages before initiating enablement activities.
- Guide consumers toward approved identity architectures, security patterns, engineering standards, reusable implementation approaches, and operationally supportable solutions.
