The job
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer and Integration Engineer to lead and support the integration of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions with the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IAM principles, ServiceNow workflows, and integration patterns to ensure seamless and secure automation of identity-related processes across the enterprise. Also, this role will be responsible for development & maintenance of AVEVA’s ServiceNow platform, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. This role requires working closely with UK-based teams and hence mandates availability during UK business hours.

Additionally, you will be analysing existing ServiceNow modules, integrations and formulate logic for additional stability to add recent integrations & modules. Devise logical procedures, prepare flowcharts,



perform coding & test/debug programs. Provide input for documentation of new or existing needs. Contribute to the decisions on policies, procedures, expansion strategies and product evaluations. As a staff-level Senior ServiceNow Developer, your primary focus will be on leading the hands-on development work as a senior developer & also to mentor juniors while looking after the platform.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow application & integrations
- Work closely with business analysts, developers & stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between IDAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD) and ServiceNow
- Configure ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and MID Servers to facilitate secure data exchange
- Write efficient & high-quality code which is scalable & maintainable
