Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits in adherence to ethical standards, organizational policies, and IA guidelines.
- Apply governance, risk, and compliance frameworks throughout audit activities.
- Evaluate internal controls' adequacy and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Identify audit issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with process owners to implement effective solutions.
- Draft comprehensive internal audit reports and deliver presentations to managerial teams and process owners.
- Prepare detailed work papers, documenting audit procedures and supporting conclusions.
- Assist in developing audit schedules and work programs based on audit scopes.
- Perform follow-up audits to track the implementation of action plans and report progress to managerial teams.
- Support ethical compliance initiatives and contribute to compliance awareness and training activities.
- Investigate compliance-related matters and undertake special assignments as required by the organization.




- Continuously update knowledge of sector regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and training sessions.
- Represent the internal audit function in CSR or similar initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance ESG compliance within the group.

Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and adept stakeholder management skills.
- Possesses 5+ years of experience in internal auditing.
- Exhibits excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Robust attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
- Capable of handling large datasets, data analytics, BI tools, and dashboards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and present audit findings effectively.
