Riveron's clients are navigating increasingly complex accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements, often while managing significant transactions, rapid growth, and transformation. Our Capital Markets Services practice works alongside management teams to help them prepare for and execute these critical events.
This Associate / Senior Associate role sits within Capital Markets Services and is functionally aligned with our Accounting Advisory service line. The role is focused primarily on IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, SEC reporting, and other capital markets transactions, while also supporting business events involving significant accounting and financial reporting complexity.
Our work spans the full transaction lifecycle, from initial readiness and transaction planning through registration and execution, as well as the transition to operating as a public company. We work closely with management teams, boards, bankers, legal counsel, and auditors across accounting, financial reporting, FP&A;, tax, internal controls, governance, risk, and technology.
Because Riveron does not provide audit, review, or compilation services, our teams work directly alongside management and play a hands-on role in helping clients execute complex projects and transactions. Associates and Senior Associates are expected to bring strong technical accounting capabilities, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
