- Develop, update and maintain the various dashboards that the program team uses for internal and external communication.
- Maintain and test existing data systems, as well as develop recent systems as and when the requirement arises.
- Perform data cleaning and manipulation from various sources for efficient performance of data systems as well as catering to program requirements for various stakeholders.
- Develop competencies to improve on existing competencies in exploratory data analysis, data visualization as well as data engineering to ensure effective delivery.
- Managing, organizing and maintaining large datasets to provide live insights under the analytics domain through dashboards, understanding nuanced data ethics and security.




- Training and supervising both field-based and off-field data operations teams and ensuring data quality based on the requirements
- Conducting occasional internal training and workshops as part of capacity building and de-aggregation of competency dependency.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, documents and presentations for the program team and donors as well as dissemination activities for learning purposes and concurrent evaluation.
- Reporting to the respective project manager on all of the above-mentioned activities.
