Analyst/Associate, Sector Coverage (Mumbai based)

JOB SPECIFICATION

To support the positioning of MUFG as a lead bank in providing and anticipating key sector themes,



insights on opportunities and solving strategic and financing challenges for our clients across corporate and investment banking, with a focus on debt financing/capital structuring and deal execution.

1. Successful candidate will proactively support deal origination and execution as well as regional client engagement activity across our Renewables, Utilities, Infrastructure & Transport (“RUIT”) sector coverage vertical. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to support across our broader sector verticals as deal flow presents and work closely with our regional Sector Coverage teams.

2. Sector Coverage undertakes key roles within Global Corporate and Investment Banking APAC, including (1) engaging senior client executives with thematic and scalable cross-sector insights; (2) originating event driven opportunities with local coverage, product and distribution partners; (3) leading origination and execution of corporate M&A; debt financings; and (4) engaging with internal stakeholde
