Manager, Talent Acquisition
Kroll leadership relies heavily on the knowledge and expertise of the Talent Acquisition Team, looking to those professionals to recruit and assist in selection of the firm's employees. As part of a global established team, you will be responsible for recruiting experienced professionals primarily across our Indian offices, focusing on Financial and Risk Advisory roles. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for Financial and Risk Advisory businesses across India, partnering with senior business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to identify top talent for review by hiring managers and facilitate the progression of selected candidates through subsequent interview rounds and offer negotiations.
- Oversee the interview scheduling process, collaborating closely with our recruitment coordination team.
- Work with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition leadership team to formulate offer components, present offers to candidates, and ensure a high percentage of offer acceptance
- Drive proactive market mapping and direct sourcing strategies, partnering with the internal sourcing team to identify, engage and convert high-caliber passive talent.
