Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – SAM Pro & Integration Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – SAM Pro & Integration Specialist to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) solutions. The role focuses on SAM Pro administration, OEM/publisher integrations, software compliance, license optimization, and automation of software asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and administer ServiceNow SAM Pro, including software models, entitlements, license metrics, workflows, and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SAM Pro and OEM/vendor portals (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe, etc.) using APIs and connectors.
- Integrate SAM Pro with discovery and inventory tools such as ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM/MECM, BigFix, and Tanium.
- Configure integrations with IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) and HR systems to support automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and license reclamation.
- Manage software normalization,



data mapping, entitlement synchronization, and Effective License Position (ELP) calculations.
- Automate contract, entitlement, purchase order, and compliance-related data imports from procurement and vendor systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compliance, optimization, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve SAM processes.
