We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to design and deliver engaging technical training programs that build practical cybersecurity knowledge and capabilities across learners and technology professionals.
The role requires a solid combination of cybersecurity expertise, training delivery, technical communication, and instructional design. You will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into structured, practical learning experiences covering security technologies, threats, defensive practices, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will be able to engage technical and non-technical audiences, deliver hands-on sessions, and continuously update training content to reflect evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual cybersecurity training programs for technical and non-technical audiences.




- Develop structured course content, presentations, practical exercises, assessments, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
- Deliver training on cybersecurity fundamentals, security operations, network security, application security, cloud security, and related domains.
- Explain complex cybersecurity concepts using practical examples, real-world scenarios, and interactive demonstrations.
- Develop hands-on exercises that allow learners to apply cybersecurity concepts in realistic environments.
- Assess learner skill levels and customise training approaches based on audience requirements.
- Conduct knowledge assessments, practical evaluations, quizzes, and feedback sessions to measure training effectiveness.
- Maintain and continuously update cybersecurity training content based on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, technologies, and industry practices.
