Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our North Indian cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hotel and restaurant management, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and financial optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management:

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.

· Lead and mentor a team of chefs, servers,



and housekeeping staff, fostering a productive work environment.

· Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and implement training programs to maintain service excellence.

Customer Service & Experience:

· Maintain high guest satisfaction levels by ensuring prompt and professional service.

· Address customer feedback and complaints, implementing solutions to enhance the dining experience.

Inventory & Financial Management:

· Monitor stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement for food, beverages, and essentials.

· Track revenue, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.

Compliance & Brand Promotion:

· Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
