This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in the office at our Bangalore location

Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, the Manager, Engineering will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling mission-critical systems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities, partnering closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Engineering leaders to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. We are looking for a collaborative leader who can drive execution, mentor engineers,



influence technical direction, and contribute to the broader engineering strategy while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8–12 software engineers across multiple experience levels
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, establish clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to support team growth
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
• Drive end-to-end delivery of roadmap commitments with a focus on quality, reliability, and timely execution
