+ Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hiring Practice Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, client interactions, and data management, preferably in facilities management or other manpower-intensive industries. The candidate must hold an MBA in HR and demonstrate a robust understanding of recruitment processes and practices with exposure to technology.

Location: Hybrid (Based in Mumbai, India) and Remote (other locations)

+ Key Responsibilities:





Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients in the Facilities
Management and related industries. Must be proficient at hiring through LinkedIn and Jobboards
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating qualifications to
ensure a high-quality candidate pool. Must have used ATS and understand recruitment work ow.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide matching talents for their requirements
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify
potential candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals to enhance our recruitment
network and reputation.
