Procucev Enterprises solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products and services, as well as generating leads and setting up appointments. The Tele Caller will also handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be persuasive, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous telemarketing experience is preferred but not required. If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you

Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about the company's products and services
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain customer database by updating information regularly
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns




- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective calling scripts
- Utilize CRM system to track progress and record important customer details
- Attend training sessions to improve communication and sales skills
- Work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple calls efficiently
