- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Own the end-to-end hiring process to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Develop a strong employer brand to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate with managers to understand hiring requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- HR Operations
- Employee onboarding/offboarding, Payroll, Leave & attendance Management




- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health, safety, and workplace standards.
- Handle sensitive employee matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Office Administration.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Maintain and manage office asset allocation, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
