Job Description:

A Site Supervisor oversees and manages construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. They are responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining quality and safety on-site. Key duties include supervising workers, enforcing safety regulations, monitoring progress, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

Ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and specifications, adhering to project plans and building codes.

Progress Monitoring:

Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting on any deviations from the schedule or quality standards.
