About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle the West Maharashtra region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing customer relationships, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the agricultural machinery segment.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, market knowledge of agricultural equipment,
and the ability to achieve business targets through effective dealer and customer management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Drive overall business growth and market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance and submit daily sales reports.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors in the assigned region.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing channel partners.
- Ensure regular dealer visits and follow-ups.
- Resolve dealer and distributor concerns effectively.
3. Market Development
- Identify and develop new market opportunities across rural and semi-urban areas.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Execute product promotion and brand awareness activities.
