Job Description Summary
The AME Leader – Blade Mould & Molding Equipment will lead advanced manufacturing engineering activities for blade moulds, gantries, molding equipment across Wind blade Manufacturing. This role is responsible for specification, development, sourcing support, commissioning, standardization, and performance improvement of moulds, gantries and related blade molding related equipment to support quality, throughput, and secure operations.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
This leader will own the AME strategy and execution for blade moulds, gantries and molding equipment, ensuring these assets meet throughput, quality, and safety requirements across sites. The role will drive equipment design standardization, support project execution and transfer, and lead technical resolution of equipment-related issues affecting blade manufacturing.
- Lead advanced manufacturing engineering activities for blade moulds, gantries and molding equipment
- Lead specification development, sourcing support, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and operational transfer for blade moulds,



gantries, and associated molding equipment
- Manage project execution and transfer into manufacturing operations
- Ensure moulds and equipment meet throughput, dimensional quality, repeatability, safety, and ergonomic requirements
- Standardize equipment design and best-known methods across blade plants
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reliability/performance improvements for moulds and molding equipment
- Support product launches, new tooling introduction, and capacity expansion
- Partner with Product Engineering and plant teams on manufacturability, design interfaces, and equipment capability requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-out opportunities related to mould and equipment performance
- Build technical capability in mould design standards, equipment acceptance, and operational handoff
- Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and co
