Functional Area : Sales and Marketing

Job Description : The Mettl Sales and Marketing Team is responsible for selling / licensing our assessment platform to companies. As part of this team, you will drive India sales and marketing activities with key corporates by identifying their requirements and offering our product mapped to those requirements. Through this,



you will consistently exceed overall monetisation and quarterly revenue goals for Mettl and make a lot of money for yourself also in the process.

Key responsibilities :
- Lead the sales and marketing effort in Bangalore- we are just beginning and how much can be achieved just depends on the candidate's calibre.
- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies.
- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and monetisation targets.
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new assessment opportunities that meet client needs.
- Help create, and execute new assessment creation efforts to exceed client expectations.
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
- Drive awareness of Mettl assessment platform
