Summary:
The Creative Lead (Team Lead/AM, Creatives) is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and video formats while supporting coordination and alignment between India-based design teams and US stakeholders. This role requires a strong foundation in visual design, along with the ability to guide team members, manage day-to-day execution,



and help establish basic performance metrics and workflows for the India creative team.

The individual in this role is hands-on in creative execution and manage people, helping ensure creative work is on-brand, on-time, and aligned with business priorities across geographies.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, update, and maintain creative assets across digital, print, and basic video formats, including web, email, social media, presentations, and internal/external collateral
- Develop original designs that align with brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Collaborate with US-based marketing and creative stakeholders from concept development through final delivery
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between India and US teams, helping clarify briefs, timelines, feedback, and expectations
