Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr QS Quantity Surveyor to support project cost management and commercial activities across infrastructure / urban development projects. The role will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, measurement, valuations, and commercial management while ensuring project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost plans for project works.
- Undertake measurement and valuation of civil, building and infrastructure works.
- Review contractor bills, interim payment applications and supporting documentation.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, variations and forecast final costs.
- Assist in preparation and evaluation of tenders, bids and commercial proposals.
- Review contractor quotations and support commercial negotiations.
- Identify, evaluate and manage variations, claims and change orders.
- Maintain cost reports, commercial trackers and project cost documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, design consultants,



contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure quantities, rates and commercial information are accurately maintained.
- Support preparation of monthly commercial / cost management reports.
- Assist in contract administration and resolution of commercial issues.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements and quality standards.
- Provide timely commercial inputs to support project decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, rate analysis, cost estimation and valuation.
- Experience working on building, infrastructure, urban development or EPC projects.
