Scope of Work
This SOW is a capacity-based engagement with total maximum hours for each Project below:

Work Requirements
1. OBS Solutions Mgmt.
· OBS Issue Validation
· OBS project classification based on pre-defined attributes
· Replacement Solution Identification
· Engg Change Package
o technical spec comparisons and reference datasheets
o models/schematic comparisons
o design impact and recommendation
Tools usage – SAP; TC; SPS db; CORE+ (TBD), ATOM
o Where used analysis; Technical specifications
· Contacting OEMs for technical specs / datasheets of replacements
· Contacting stakeholders and suppliers – need basis
2. OBS Engg Change Management
· Current Part Releases / up-revisions; Spec and CAD updates in Teamcenter
· MLO / OMS requests / updates
· WU Analysis; ECR scoping and pre-requisites validation
· ECR classification; disposition based on pre-defined attributes
· ECR submission and follow-thru for approvals
· E&Z; mitigation follow-thru stakeholders
· Stakeholders issue resolution
