Role Overview:

The GHR Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint Developer (Officer) is a hands-on builder responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting business solutions that improve employee experience and streamline HR processes globally. This role focuses on building low-code applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Online, SPFx, Qualtrics 360, and Microsoft 365 technologies. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of business-critical HR applications while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, supporting production applications, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, operational support experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated setting requiring governance, security,



documentation, and support readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery (Power Apps + Power Automate + SharePoint)
- Design, build, and enhance Power Apps solutions to support HR and employee-facing business processes.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows including approvals, notifications, routing, document management, and process automation.
- Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, forms, and permission structures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Support the full solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

SharePoint & SPFx Development
- Develop and support SharePoint Online solutions and customizations.
- Support and enhance existing SPFx-based applications and websites.
