Country Manager / General Manager, India (Forex, FX, FinTech) | market entry

The Group is looking for an experienced leader to cover the Indian market and to help the company scale in the region.

Location: India (remote)

Compensation: base + commission (individual & team)

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Establish short, medium, and long-term company priorities and targets (financial and non-financial).
- Drive sales revenue and manage local team budgets and costs to ensure P&L; accountability.
- Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams (both leaders and individual contributors) to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings to supervise progress and track action plans.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure resources for business development activities.
- Set transparent goals and KPIs for each department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Communicate changes in direction and company policies to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
